We are looking for Managing Partner at our Greenlawn SW Cemetery, Bakersfield, California. We’re looking for a high-caliber leader ready to take full ownership of a well-established, high-performing location. Compensation: $150,000–$160,000 base + significant annual & long-term incentives
Location: Greenlawn Southwest Cemetery

What You’ll Own
You will lead all aspects of operations for a successful funeral home and cemetery—driving performance, developing people, and ensuring every family receives exceptional, ethical, and personalized care.

Build strong, effective vendor partnerships

What You Bring
5+ years of funeral home and/or cemetery management experience
Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer (or ability to reciprocate in California)
Strong business acumen with P&L ownership experience
A proven ability to lead teams and drive measurable results
Experience in cemetery operations and sales
A self-starter mindset with strong accountability and problem-solving skills
An entrepreneurial approach—you think like an owner, not an employee
Preferred (or Ability to Obtain Within Year One)
California Cemetery Manager License
California Crematory Manager License
California Cemetery Broker License
